Incident Summary:

11/10/2018: Assailants armed with firearms stopped an inter-municipal bus between San Roque and Curumani, Cesar, Colombia. The assailants then set fire to the bus. At least five civilians were injured in the ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
