11/10/2018: Assailants detonated explosive devices and destroyed the Quebrada Seca bridge between Curumani and San Roque, Cesar, Colombia. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
