11/27/2018: Assailants abducted Miguel Humberto, Manosalva Ovalle, and Jorge Antonio Sanchez, civilians, in Carmen, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Ovalle and Sanchez were rescued by December 1, 2018. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents.
