12/00/2018: Sometime between December 1, 2018 and December 3, 2018, assailants attacked an army base in Arge, Lake Chad, Borno, Nigeria. This was one of three related incidents in Borno on the same day. There were an unknown number of casualties across all three attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
