12/05/2018: Assailants abducted Yisney Alvarez Quintero, a civilian, from Norte de Santander, Colombia. Quintero was released on December 7, 2018. The National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the victim was abducted because the ELN believed she was a police informant.
