12/07/2018: Assailants attacked several government-owned buildings including a United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) hospital in Rann, Borno, Nigeria. There were an unknown number of casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
