12/12/2018: Assailants attacked Tuareg civilians in Tassalatine, Menaka, Mali. This was one of two coordinated attacks on the same night. At least 47 people were killed across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected the involvement of Muslim extremists.
