12/16/2018: Assailants attacked Doruma, Haut-Uele, Democratic Republic of the Congo. There were no reported casualties, but the assailants looted bags of decorticated groundnuts and restricted resident movement. The incident lasted until at least December 22, 2018. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected the involvement of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA).
