12/17/2018: Assailants opened fire on a police detachment in Panoypoyan, Camarines Sur, Philippines. One police officer was injured in the attack. This was one of two related incidents in Camarines Sur on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the New People's Army (NPA).
