12/21/2018: Assailants killed an individual and left a severed head in front of the Expreso newspaper office in Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico. An unknown group claimed responsibility for the incident in a note left at the scene and stated "For newspapers allied with million (dollar) agreements with (Gov. Francisco Garcia) Cabeza de Vaca, they are not going to save you and here is the proof."
