12/31/2018: Assailants armed with sledgehammers attacked a house along Dermott Hill Parade in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. There were no reported casualties. This was one of two related incidents targeting the same family in Belfast overnight. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to dissident Republicans.

Criteria 1
