Incident Summary:

01/10/2019: Assailants opened fire on residents in Bambari, Ouaka, Central African Republic. At least 10 people, including two police officers, were killed and 31 people, including another officer and one assailant, were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Union for Peace in Central Africa (UPC).
