Incident Summary:

01/20/2019: Assailants opened fire on residents of Zaorosongou village in Mambere Kadei, Central African Republic. At least 13 people, including a gendarme and a cleric, were killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Return, Reclamation, Rehabilitation (3R) and Fulani extremists.
