02/28/2019: Assailants attacked security posts in Arikalik, Faryab, Afghanistan. At least 15 assailants and 15 other people, including soldiers, police officers, and militia members, were killed, while 15 people, including five security forces members and 10 ANA troops, and an unknown number of assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
