Incident Summary:

03/30/2019: Assailants raided a Su Htoo San Company road construction site in Twinkin Alaung, Chin, Myanmar. Several vehicles were set on fire and 13 workers were abducted in the attack. Five workers were released on April 1, 2019 and the remaining eight hostages were released on August 19, 2019. The Arakan Army (AA) claimed responsibility for the incident and accused the construction workers of being spies.
