Incident Summary:

04/02/2019: Assailants set fire to four tractors, a truck, a sugarcane loader, and bunk houses at Hacienda Nieva in To-oy, Negros Occidental, Philippines. At least 20 workers were held hostage during the arson attack and were released a short time later. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident.
