04/07/2019: Assailants abducted Jose Barrera from his home in Naibuan, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines. Barrera, a Mangyan tribe leader, was killed on or before April 12, 2019. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
