Incident Summary:

04/26/2019: Assailants opened fire on a police post on Srinagar-Charar-e-Sharief Road in Chanpora, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. One police constable, identified as Feroz Ahmed, was injured in the attack. Additionally, two assailants were arrested. Al-Umar Mujahideen claimed responsibility for the incident. Sources also attributed the attack to Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM).
