05/09/2019: Assailants opened fire at a coal mine in Khost, Balochistan, Pakistan. Two miners were killed in the attack. This was one of two related incidents in the area on this date. The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attacks and stated that they were in protest against Pakistan exploiting Balochistan's natural resources.
