07/16/2019: Assailants opened fire on a United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) patrol in Amiet Market in Abyei district, West Kordofan, Sudan. One peacekeeper and five civilians were killed and another peacekeeper was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
