Incident Summary:

07/25/2019: Assailants attacked the vehicle of Petro Poroshenko as he was leaving the State Bureau of Investigations office in Kyiv, Ukraine. There were no reported casualties in the incident. A member of a pro-Russia militia claimed responsibility and stated that the attack was an attempt "take revenge on him for five years of humiliation [...] of foreign volunteers whom he promised citizenship but instead sent them to the nine circles of bureaucratic hell."
