08/06/2019: An explosives-laden motorcycle detonated targeting employees of the Counter-Narcotics department of the Interior Ministry in the 11th Police District, Kabul, Afghanistan. At least five people were killed and seven others were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack and stated that the victims were responsible for implementing "un-Islamic" laws in Afghanistan.
