Incident Summary:
08/10/2019: An assailant armed with pepper spray was arrested outside XS Nightclub at Encore Casino along Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The assailant and one other person had been removed from the club earlier that morning for holding their fists in the air while yelling white supremacist remarks and threatening to open fire inside the club. There were no reported casualties in the incident. Johnny Young and Braxton Ryback claimed responsibility and stated "white privilege, white power, we are white supremacists."

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims. Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack. For example, in a typical successful bombing, the bomb detonates and destroys property and/or kills individuals, whereas an unsuccessful bombing is one in which the bomb is discovered and defused or detonates early and kills the perpetrators.
