08/18/2019: Assailants opened fire on the residence of Derick Sasa in Tambura, South Sudan. Sasa, a local commissioner, was not harmed; however, one bodyguard was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO).
