Incident Summary:

08/25/2019: Assailants abducted Augustine Udeh and attempted to abduct Julius Okolo, an elder, at Oshawa Junction along Enugu-Port Harcourt expressway near Ituku, Enugu, Nigeria. Udeh, an Enugu permanent secretary, was released on August 27, 2019. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected the involvement of Fulani extremists.
