09/13/2019: Assailants shot civilians after declaring control over the village Las Perlas, Putumayo, Colombia. Three civilians were killed in the attack. The New Sinaloa Guerrillas faction of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents claimed responsibility for the incident.
