09/29/2019: Assailants attacked Tuly, Baghlan, Afghanistan. At least 11 people, including eight pro-government militia members and three civilians, were killed and 26 other people were injured in the attack. Additionally, at least eight people were abducted and their whereabouts are unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
