10/11/2019: Assailants attacked a naval base in Tungushem Magumeri, Borno, Nigeria. Four people, including one soldier and three civilians, were killed in the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
