10/29/2019: Assailants opened fire on ambulances responding to a previous attack in Toribio, Cauca, Colombia. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of two related attacks in Toribio on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents.
