11/18/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting a police vehicle near Tibu, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Two police officers, members of the national anti-terrorism unit, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Juan Fernando Porras Martinez Front of the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
