11/20/2019: Assailants attacked a police base in Arbinda, Sahel, Burkina Faso. One police officer and 18 assailants were killed and seven police officers were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Muslim extremists.
