Incident Summary:
11/22/2019: Assailants set fire to civilian vehicles and left anti-Palestinian graffiti in Majdal Bani Fadil, West Bank, West Bank and Gaza Strip. This was one of four attacks in West Bank on this date. There were no reported casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Israeli settlers.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
