11/23/2019: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a bakery in Sinaa neighborhood, Tall Abyad, Raqqah, Syria. At least three people were killed and 15 other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the People's Protection Units (YPG).

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
