12/05/2019: Assailants raided towns and abducted 21 people in Mbreche, Extreme-North, Cameroon. Four hostages escaped on the same day and three others were found beheaded on December 8, 2019. The fate of the remaining hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
