12/09/2019: Assailants fired a mortar targeting the district police headquarters in Chahar Dara district, Kunduz, Afghanistan. This was one of two shelling attacks in Kunduz on this date. Five security personnel were killed and 21 others were injured in the attack. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
