12/15/2019: Assailants attacked civilians in Ntombi, Beni, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was one of two coordinated attacks in the area overnight. At least 22 people were killed across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
