Incident Summary:

12/21/2019: Assailants armed with explosives-laden drones attacked a government gas facility in Rayyan, Homs, Syria. There were no reported casualties but the facility was damaged in the incident. This was one of three drone attacks on oil and gas installations in Homs on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
