Incident Summary:

02/29/2020: Assailants executed Lt. Col. Dominggo Dulay, commanding officer of the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion, at his poultry farm in Kalingan, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. Dulay was also a former member of the New People's Army (NPA). No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
