06/23/2020: Assailants attacked a security patrol near Yuksekova, Hakkari, Turkey. At least one soldier was killed and one soldier was injured in the assault. The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) claimed responsibility for the attack and stated that the attack was intended to "punish" Turkish soldiers.
