5/10/1998: Unknown perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, detonated a homemade bomb as a train passed through Haouch Nahas, Algeria. Three civilians were killed and twenty others were wounded. Additionally, one train carriage was damaged by the blast.
