05/06/2001: Five people were wounded when a timed bomb containing pieces of metal and nails exploded in a garbage can at a bus stop in Petah Tikva, Center District, Israel around 7am. The bakery near the bus stop had windows blown out. One of the sources reported that the Palestinian Hezbollah (Party of God) organization claimed responsibility for the attack, but this report was not confirmed by other sources.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
