Incident Summary:

11/20/2003: Suspected members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) attacked sections of oil pipeline belonging to Canadian owned Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. in Colombia’s Putumayo Department. The group detonated dynamite in 30 spots along the pipeline. No one was injured but there was damage to the pipeline. No group claimed responsibility for the bombings.
