Incident Summary:

08/26/2004: Two Colombian police officers lost their lives in a bomb attack outside of a beauty salon in Bogota’s Suba District. Two other officers and two civilians were wounded in the blast. Colombian authorities believed that the target of the attack was a police car that was driving by the salon. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
