Incident Summary:

11/02/2004: A car laden with explosives detonated when it slammed into the concrete blast walls surrounding the Iraqi Ministry of Education in Baghdad's northern Sunni district of Azamiyah. At least eight people were reportedly killed in the blast and at least 10 were injured. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
