Incident Summary:

9/22/2005: Around 30 members of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Fighting (GSPC) set up a fake roadblock near Tamalous, Algeria. The assailants intercepted many vehicles and slit the throat of two Algerian civilians. The Islamic extremists also stole cell phones and other property belonging to the travelers.
