Incident Summary:

11/02/2005: 20 Iraqis were killed and 60 more were wounded in a suicide bomb attack in the predominately Shi i town of Musayyib, Iraq. The crowded market was filled with people buying goods for the holiday of Eid ul-Fitr, which marks Ramadan’s end. Sunni extremists were suspected to have been behind the attack, but no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
