05/21/2006: The Taliban took the credit for the kidnapping of three people, one the former governor of Paktika and another, a former police chief, during a prayer service in Ghazni, Afghanistan. The former governor, Mohammad Ali Jalali, was found dead the next day, but the other two victims were released unharmed.
