01/28/2007: Heavily armed militants using automatic weapons attacked an Indian police vehicle, injuring a policeman and two civilians in Guwahati, India. In Assam state, where the incident took place has been plagued with terrorist attacks from the local separatist group, the United Liberation Front of Assam. No claim of responsibility was reported.
