Incident Summary:

04/12/2007: Seven people were shot and killed by suspected members of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in the majority Sinhalese village of Avarantalawa in Sri Lanka’s Northern Province. The LTTE did not claim responsibility for the attack.
