09/29/2007: Islamic militants damaged a Buddhist relic known as the "Jahanabad Buddha" rock carving in Swat, Pakistan when they tried to blow it up with dynamite and fired upon it with automatic weapons. No casualties were reported in the incident. Sources attribute responsibility for the attack to Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
